The pushback truck doesn’t follow the trajectory of the wheels.

Yes with and without add-ons this is the same.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Every time on pushback. for an airliner.
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time.

- Load into any of the airliners
- Begin default pushback
- Take a good look at what the truck does.
