Is there any method to refresh the files in the community folder without relaunching the sim? It could be nice! I have just 890 files in it, and the time to open the sim is about 9.30min. This may can help me. Thanks in advice,

Sorry, nope. It only gets indexed on simulator start.
It is a known fact that the more in the Community Folder the longer the launch time.
There are lots of library mangers out now that help alleviate this.
I keep my addons in a separate file and place symbolic links for the mods, liveries, and sceneries that I want to use for my sim session in the community folder, prior to starting the sim.
This keeps my community folder content to a minimum, and allows for a substantially faster load time.
