Midway Atoll Henderson Field

Today I thought to do something slightly different. So I decided that my FSX Bismarck will visit Midway Atoll. One of the Arado pilots on board always wanted to fly a P-38 and he had heard that a few of them were stationed at Henderson Field.

Off we go to our joy ride

Animated de-icing boot sequence inner and outer boot. Only the other greatest GA-plane ever, the FlySimware Cessna Chancellor, has this animated too.

This plane might be a hot candidate to manage a take-off from the most difficult airport - the Lower Loon Creek - thanks to the turbo boost button. Looking forward to test that!

That five blade prop the TBM normally has would be an outstanding looking shredder and does not look so much like a casual propeller. I hope Black Square brings an optional five blade prop in the next update  just for the good looks.

None here! This is why one does NOT fly fair-weather birds in Vermont in November!

I really hope the Black Square King Air has this… what is it called, inertia seperator (sorry new to GA) function also simulated because it is going to get dirty and rough!

The Black Square TBM was not able to master the Lower Loon Creek STOL test yesterday. Maybe with almost zero fuel and a strict pilot diet and full flaps next time? We will see…

Black Square quality is a must-have in all hangars.
