In my opinion MSFS can be right on the border between stable and unstable at any given moment, even for people with the best computers. What other games do you play and do you have any issues with those?

In particular the buzzing and screen freezing you described could be a symptom of overheating or power problems.
Nothing in your system is overclocked correct? (Especially not the RAM, because your game is crashing due to memory errors.)
