Career missions don't respawn / refresh

Description of the issue: When in career mode areas you complete missions in don’t repopulate with new replacements. Having reached ~100hrs I now have areas of the map discovered with nothing I can do there anymore. [PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
