With this new version of MSFS, I’d originally tried to use sensitivity curves and dead zones–figuring they might help. But, as I progressed and started flying (mostly C152 and C172), I noticed that the yoke in the 3D cockpit was lagging behind the actual movement of the controller, so I put them ALL back to zero–where I’ve had them in all recent previous sims.
With Asobo’s recent update 1.10.7.0 (I know, there’s a hot fix subsequent to that) they mentioned in their change notes that they had reworked the controllers and their reactions. I took them at their word and have been pleasantly surprised. I’m getting smooth and realistic (to me) control.
I am using the Saitek Pro Flight Cessna yoke, rudder pedals and trim wheel.
This is just my opinion and experience… your mileage may vary.
