The problem is reported here:

Cannot update thanks to CTD at start

I updated my sim through the windows store and now i cannot reach the update screen in MSFS as the sim crashes 2-3 seconds after opening it with no error message. I have reset and reinstalled the simulator but still continue’s to crash. Edit: WwiseLibPCx64P.dll is the faulty module

just wait a moment and then retry the installation of the update.
