Stutter/FPS drop when panning camera views

I know I’m replying over a year, but this seems to be the same in 2024 SU4. Moving the camera around in the cockpit is generally fine. It’ll happen randomly when I use external view and sometimes cabin views. This is without traffic. I have a r7 9800x3d and 4070ti super. I have tried it on all graphics presets and the same issue occurs. Big stutters when I pan the camera. Used a different resolution scale to make the GPU work a little harder. Temps are all within normal ranges. Ive deleted …
