TBM AP rudder trim switch

• Fixed an issue where you could not change rudder or aileron trim after spawning on the apron.

• Aileron and rudder trim controls now interact correctly with the AP/Trim switch and the AP/Trim disconnect buttons. If the switch is in the OFF position or either of the disconnect buttons is pressed, aileron and rudder trim controls are now disabled.

• Aileron and rudder trim controls are now disabled when there is no electric power available to the trim servos (power is delivered via Main Bus 1).
