The reason why your spoilers and flaps no longer register the axis is because the throttle takes into account all of the axis’s positions when you calibrate. So if you’re only moving the throttle, and not moving the spoilers and flaps, the throttle will take those static positions as the calibrated positions. So when you calibrate with the addons attached. You have to calibrate the spoilers and the flaps at the same time with the throttles… So: Throttle at TOGA, Spoilers Up, Flaps Up -> Press…
