You, not we, have may be CTD. You can describe it in existing topics if the error / situation match, or raise a new topic and describe with sufficent detail-informations what happens. Also raise a ZenDesk ticket.
we have some existing topics where you can join and may be vote for.
There are some reasons why that can happen for some users, which are discussed wihtin the existing topics. I was never affected from problems related to that, thus it seems not a “general problem” at all.
And it seems you know existing topics, if I see e.g. Low bandwidth Message - Connection Lost - Switched Offline - #423 by AgreedCake72175 from april. ( and there are others )
Not sure why we need a separat topic to discuss that.
also about this are existing topics. Often its simple the setting for Pre-Cache which you can change. Of course, if you have network issue, that can also explain some what.
