This Really Improved My Performance with Nvidia

Can’t vouch for anybody else but it really did help me.

This also helped clean up my system a bit with some added performance. I couldn’t believe how much bloatware I had from NVidia.

MSFS 2020’ers has some great tips!

People should always use DDU when installing new drivers, so this is not a new information. Also those nvcp tweaks are mostly useless.

I am a tad hesitant about mucking around with some of these so called “magic bullets”.
Up to now, they seem to make the sim worse…but I’ll keep an open mind.
So far, I have had very little success in gaining the claimed improvements.
I’ll take a posters advice, delete GForce experience and do a clean Nvidia install.
The only success I have had so far, is by adjusting a few of the settings actually in the sim…including the LOD…plus, a few in the Nvidia settings.

DDU is one of those amazing - yet little known - bits of code that I use every time I make a change to my driver installation. Highly recommended.

Thanks for this great infos, it improve the FPS very strong. Thanks again

Does removing geforce experiance remove the drivers as well?

No, it does not.

When you install you can do a “clean” install and choose the components you want.. If you just want the driver then thats all you would choose.

Got it thanks! Trying to figure out why I am getting 20-30 fps on my 3080 5800x on the FBW when it was in the 40s/50s before on high end settings. Just reinstalled MSFS hoping drivers will solve the issue.

not work, still stuttering every five second
