I had a similar problem. I found a forum entry somewhere that said if you go to the Inibuilds EFB, on that Throttle Calibration page, where it says “Reverse on Axis”, click back and forth between Yes and No a couple of times; then set it on Yes, then close the page. You should then exit the sim, and do a restart. That seemed to work for me.
