I have a similar thing going on, but I cant even see/click on the login buttons. Just a black screen.

I’ve tried the credential manager process as described above. No go.

Sorry if this was already asked, but do you have any mods in your Community folder?

I reinstalled on my side but it’s not what fixed the problem.

If the problem persists after that, please do the following:

  1. Install the Xbox Companion app for Windows 10 PC here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-app
  2. (Re) Install Xbox Identity Provider here: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/p/xbox-identity-provider/9wzdncrd1hkw
  3. Sign in to the Xbox app with the Microsoft account used to purchase Microsoft Flight Simulator
  4. Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator from the Xbox app instead of the Microsoft Store

If the same issue happens with the Xbox App, follow the instructions from this Microsoft Knowledge base article: Fix problems signing in to the Xbox app.

Thanks for that. I’m not having any issues like that myself, but its good to know what worked for you, and will hopefully help someone else in that scenario.

no mods in my community folder, just erased them

I’ve deleted my realsimgear folder an the game is lauching now , but my g1000 dont work anymore…

There is a sim update on the MS store that is supposed to fix the WASM issue.

I was able to get my lockout working by doing the Xbox steps and also changing my machine hotmail logon password
