Unable to start the Sim

Stuck on loading / Xbox Live

Having read posts about using Alt-Enter, I’m not getting any success running msfs. I have a black screen stuck on ‘Press Any Key To Continue’ and then when I press a key I have an Xbox Live pop-up window saying ‘Welcome Back’ I hit the green ‘Lets Play’ button. It says ‘please wait’ then goes back to the black msfs screen - ‘Press Any Button To Continue’ I have hit alt+enter but it has no effect? As soon as I press any button the xbox live screen pops up again with the green ‘lets play’ button.
