Today I tried an experiment. I started a mission at 00:02 to see if it would kick me out and it kicked me out at 00:06. So it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the change of day, as starting the mission after midnight also kicks you out of the mission.
This issue occurs for me everyday just after midnight, it can happen anytime during 00:00 - 00:30 it appears to be when the insurance on any owned companies run. During career freelance missions it will kick me out with error code 308-400-00207 however, if i am doing an employee mission it will wait until i have completed the mission. This seem to be an issue with the insurance run time coding, im no coding expert but seems consistent that it will kick you out of missions during freelance but not employee.

had the same error during freelance mission, just past midnight here, and yesterday at the same time, same error. really seems to be always occuring shortly after 0:00 CET.

Ive had the same error each time scrubbing 2+ hour flights. I’m down about 600k and 6 hours of my life wasted to this. All happen at just past midnight local time, so that does seem to be it.
Had it multiple times too, today was the first time I looked at this post and also had it around 00:15 CET. Career Cessna 172 Freelancer.
Always Google an error the first time you get it. Saves you a lot of time sometimes

Same issue, career at midnight, error… unfortunately right at completing the flight … very frustrating:
Second time with this error, each time around midnight PST.
Two different flights, two different areas, each right about midnight. That seems to be a real problem in Career. Something about midnight, either UTC (Can’t get Passive Income to work), or the sim in general.
Cannot catch a break with this game… I’m now getting this error instead of 209.
I did not refuel, skip, sim rate speed, etc. and still get the error on every single freelance mission.

Hey, I just realized mine happened around (maybe exactly) at midnight local time (Taipei) too.
Same crash again. In Hungary 00:04 AM. I expect it. I planed to finish my mission before midnight. The destination airport was the green VFR status in the brief. I show you that VFR above 500ft from the runway, and there was snow storm, and crosswind. Of course, i need to go around and my time lost before midnight. Why???.. 
It’s so hard to believe why isn’t fixed yet. (Sorry for my terrible english)

Edit: I dont know this problem connect to Passive income or not, but i always get the passives after 01:00 in these days. But this crash always come around midnight.

Just happened to me seconds ago too. Extremely frustrating. Always online continues to be a mistake. This is so insanely and needlessly irritating let us play the ■■■■■■■ video game all night long if we want!

• Yes, for me, it occurred two of three times today during cruise on charter tasks. One was about landing, the other one occurred several minutes after 0 am (CET).
