This fixed the download problem for me after trying other suggestions for 3 days. Thanks for the guidance and procedure. Amazed that you were able to find the key to solve this problem. Osobo and Microsoft owes you big time.

That fixed my problem too. Three entries for my k: drive. Deleted them and was back up and running.
