VR issue with OCUS Quest 2 / black frames in field

I do not have VR but did a search on the forum (so you did not have to) and maybe this can help:

Hey all, anyone else have this issue? i only have it when im flying. it doesnt happen when im in the menu. Ive restarted multiple times. all drivers are up to date. Dont see a setting where i can change the vr style or something that might fix it. vr works fine, its just kind of super annoying but still playable and amazing. its with first gen oculus rift.
