Where is my community folder hidden please

Please help end my confusion about the correct Community Folder Location

I have installed MSFS on it’s own drive and I now have 2 Community Folder locations, one in the C drive Users and one on the installed drive. Which one is the active one? After the last World Update neither location is being read by MSFS and now this old man is totally confused about what to do next. All I want is to re-install the contents of my Community Folder.
