It’s more than enough, except for VR where nothing is enough 
Although I would maybe consider the RTX 4080. Price is similar. 16GB VRAM should be enough. Performance is better by a large margin and you get frame generation.

CPU choice is perfect. You could alternatively check a build with 5800X3D and RTX4090. Might perform even better. Total price should be similar considering motherboards are much cheaper for prev generation and so is DDR4 RAM.
I’m doubtful about the 2500EUR though. The GPU alone is ~1300EUR. MB is ~400. CPU is ~600? Doesn’t add up. Where is the RAM, SSD, good CPU cooler, quality case etc. I think it’ll end up closer to 3500-4000 EUR.
