Brief description of the issue:

Using the World Map trying to setup an IFR/ILS flight.
Select a FROM airport.
The dropdown below it to select a runway does not respond.
Select a TO airport.
The dropdown below it to select a runway does not respond.

Cannot create an IFR/ILS Flight Plan.

I did an exit to desktop and ran FS2020 again and the problem wasn’t there.

Then, I created a new IFR/ILS flight and everything worked okay.

Then on returning to the World Map, all three dropdowns were frozen.

I cannot create another IFR/ILS flight plan.

This is a serious issue that will make creating flight plans impossible in two weeks. ■■■.

same issue as above on the Xbox version of the sim. Not able to create an IFR flight plan. Restarting Xbox and game does not resolve issue

Confirmed here on latest 1.30.7.0 BETA for Xbox
