as of installing 1.27.8.0 my profile picture is missing from my profile in the top right.
update: tried a restart to see if that fixed it, still no profile picture.

Profile pic was there as normal after the basic update, and still there after the content manager updates.

No problem here - I can clearly see my profile picture with 1.37.8.0

My profile picture showed up in all previous versions since release, it just disappeared today with .8, which is why I posted it as a regression with this version.

Third restart seems to have fixed it. It now appeared again.
