This initial SU3_beta build is prone to random CTDs for sure. A clear regression compared to SU2 release in that regard.

SU3 is way more stable and performs better for me than SU2 ever did.
Hello everyone, unfortunately I have to join you I keep getting random CTD’s. With every TakeOff in EDDM 26L / A320, whenever I read in flight plans or want to adjust them on the MCU. I am in the vanilla state, have not installed any add-ons. I have only used the new download functions for all A320 and Germany updates in SU3.
I have also noticed that with the release of SU2 all the POIs in Frankfurt and the scenery (photometry) of Frankfurt have disappeared. I am now switching back to SU2, as it had excellent stability for me.
I’ve never had so many random CTDs since November - SU3 is absolutely unstable at the moment.

Very stable today!
Basically Only one niggle. Inputlag from yoke is too much, making it difficult to have good landings.
No stutters at landing addon airport ENVA. I got cocky and had everything on ultra /max in the top half of the settings page. From raymarched refl downwards, motion blur , depth of field, etc. turned off.
Traffic settings and fauna etc on low.
BUT had the ingame automatic performance tuner turned on with target fps 60 and max fps 120. Worked realy well, kept it mostly smooth without noticable worse fidelity. (flying takes most of ones focus on landing anyway)

When it comes to performance and stability, SU3 Beta is probably the best MSFS beta I’ve ever had the chance to test. I’m not experiencing any CTDs or stuttering. I’ve downloaded everything that was available to install.
