ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
During flight in the 787 (KLAX to CYYZ), I usually configure the Approach speeds just before Top of Descent. Comparing the Gross Weight shown on the FMC to what is shown in the Fuel Summary Synoptic on the Engine page, usually they match, and count down in sync as fuel is burned. However, I’ve noticed they are not in sync, although they are both counting down.
Note, I did use Sim Rate Increase x2 for a while during the flight, so perhaps that is the cause - although, they should still be in sync regardless.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Fly the 787 (I used the FMC to set the W&B / Fuel manually, not EFB)

Increase Sim Rate for part of the flight, revert back to normal speed before TOD.
