ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: The hour/half-hour marks on the Live Time slider in the Free Flight world map do not align with :00 and :30 times. I am not positive this is a beta regression, so if anyone can verify this issue is present in the live build, please comment your findings here and I will ask the moderators to move the bug report out of the beta category.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Select a custom time on the live/historic time slider, aiming for one a large or small hash mark, which is implied to be on the hour/half-hour

Observe that the time selected is not on the hour or half-hour as intended

MEDIA
Could not be more aligned with the small tick after the larger one for 6pm, yet the time selected shows as 6:17pm instead of 6:30pm.
In the same session, sliding the time back to the large tick above 6pm registers as 5:47pm.
