ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Career Mode is not generating any Remote Cargo Ops special missions. Based on prior experience with these missions in SU5, these missions should unlock when the player achieves an overall reputation level of S and has unlocked all the necessary Certification and Specialization prerequisites.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Achieve an overall character reputation level of S along with then necessary Certification(s) to fly the Airbus A400M (and, if owned, the Boeing C-17)

Open the Missions map in Career Mode looking specifically at Employee missions

Apply the aircraft filter to only show missions for the Airbus A400M (and, if owned, the Boeing C-17) as Remote Cargo Ops is the only mission type available for this/these plane(s).

Observe no missions generated anywhere across the globe
