Well… apparently either I’m a noob or I don’t know.
I haven’t logged in for 2 days and I get the surprise of having - 125000 Cr. I had 2 C 172 in cargo company.
So either I don’t know how to manage, or I understood that it is impossible to run a company if you don’t fly on it every day.
So, I stopped the costs, I sold my two C 172, I’m looking into closing the company and I’m continuing for the moment as an employee…
But if someone can explain it to me better because I don’t understand this loss…

My guess is your insurance costs are surpassing your passive income. Check the account activity on the company page.
Insurance either appears to be broken or just operates in a manner none of us are aware of.

I think that was a bug that was addressed in the latest patch and allegedly resolved. Did you actually loose that money? I had a similar screen saying I owed money for a plane that wasn’t even flyable. It did not deduct the money though.
can we do career missions, without being businessmen
? iam really asking, because iam waiting for certain issues to be resolved in order to dive more into the sim, but cant imagine entering career to run a company or what so ever, i hope thats optional.
You can experience all of the planes in Career Mode as an employee. You just need to get the certifications. The Freelance option is there for people who want to have some of the management side to deal with.

I turned off all the crew options for my planes for 4 days now, and it is still deducting credits every day. Even after yesterday’s dedicated hotfix…
The career mode is hardly qualified for an early access beta, It is something most developers would call an ‘alpha’. Yet somehow Asobo thinks it is ready for a punishing and grindy economy with no options to choose any economic difficulty is just amusing… Even all those greedy F2P developers won’t be this irresponsible with their products.
Seriously Asobo, it is not too late to freeze all the current player progress in career mode. And temporarily replacing it with a testing beta that will be wiped eventually with super easy economy and assistance options unlocked until you guys can manage to get the career mode contents actually working.

Have you even spent time on the freelance mode? There is literally nothing for you to manage in your companies so far. Even the ‘crew on/off’ option doesn’t work…
Yes I had really lost this money, but that’s not all, before leaving I had more than 300,000 Cr. in the company, then after this loss I was at - 250,000 Cr, which made me a total loss of 550,000 Cr, which is not logical.
I have money in the company again since I sold my two C 172 but I think it’s a bug.
Given the situation and many bugs in my career I think it’s not the right time to create your company.

There are quite a few bugs. I am sticking with basic insurance as I’ve seen numerous reports of the higher tiers paying nothing out on a crash. If I must foot the bill, then I will be able to save more money on the lowest insurance tier.
Same problem here: -1730 Credits every day since the last patch.
Insurance is bugged.
It should charge you X credits every day per flight hour in the previous day.
Instead, it charges X credits every day per flight hour since you bought the aircraft.
So insurance costs accumulate.
Imagine you’ve spent 5 hours in a C172 with premium insurance at about 11K/hour.
Next day you’ll be charged 55 K, which is fine.
You spend another 2 hours flying.
Next day you’re charged 77K - oh no!
You don’t bother flying the company plane at all and do employee mission instead, hoping to avoid any bugs.
Next day you’re charged 77K again and are probably bankrupt.
You can use the basic insurance to minimise the costs, but it will still accumulate. The only way to stop insurance accumulating is to sell the plane and buy a new one - but you will take a big loss on that sale!
I’m sure the bug will be fixed, but I expect it’s way down the priority list.
It has just been fixed in the server-side patch that was applied this morning: Career Mode Service Patch 2 - December 6th, 2024
So it should start to take effect from midnight on Sunday, your local time
