I recently purchased an ASUS PG279QM (27" 1440p 240Hz 1ms). Its great for FPS gaming with the refresh rate and full GSync module but I wanted to see if anyones used it for FS2020. I’m still within the return window and wouldn’t mind getting something a little better suited for FS2020 even if it means sacrificing a bit for the FPS gaming. I think for now I’d like to stick to 1440p between 27-34". Anybody have some recommendations under $900?
I’m very happy with my SAMSUNG Odyssey G7 Series 32-Inch WQHD (2560x1440) - was looking for curved and this fit my needs.
I can only say I have not been impressed by Asus monitors and I have recently owned 5
Mine is extremely smooth with the gsync mod but the colors leave a lot to be desired. I’m leaning towards returning but would like to find a good replacement.

I have two Viewsonic Elite XG270QG 27” 1440p monitors that are very good. They take some adjustment in the color settings to dial in.
I also have some Dell 1440p monitors that I like but they’re not Gsync.
Depends on your GPU. I would highly suggest going with 34. Ultrawide is the one of the best immersive experiences in the sim along with trackir. There are several of them on Amazon in the 500$ range.

I personally prefer 32" at 1440p and feel 27" is more suited to 1080p - but it is a matter of individual preference really.

If so what did you replace it with?
I have this and I’m pretty happy with it. I do plan to sometime next year go bigger and 4k. It’s only a 60HZ monitor, but I bet buttery smooth 60FPS with my 3080 Ti.
