2 piers showing and how to remove 1

Hi all, Hope your well.

Looking for some help please as you can see from the picture I have 2 Southend piers showing.

Does anyone know how to remove 1?

You can either
Exclude the 3D one by using and exclusion rectangle and Building a new One in the right place

Or

Using a poligon type water, cover the 2d One that comes from sat imagery
