I finally got the game to load, but none of my PD planes from 2020 are there.
I thought they explicitly said that if you had PD planes in 2020 that they would be in 2024.
I never thought that. I’d be interested to see where they may have said it.
Seeing there was no upgrades and 2024 was a new purchase, I don’t see why they would come over.
Only marketplace aircraft will come over. Not the sim base aircraft.
There was a big discussion about which 2024 to buy and they said that the PD planes from 20 would be available in 24 if you had bought the PD 2020

Today’s server issues affected which aircraft you saw in your library. Most of my aircraft were not showing after the initial install, but appeared after I restarted the game.
If you have not seen this, take a look:
I’d wait until tomorrow & see what is in your Library at that time.
Have the same issue here despite getting a notification that my 2020 content has been included. Not sure what to do now, request a refund?
Yeah and even that was not true so far unfortunately I only got 3 airports out of my whole Marketplace Purchases so far. I wrote them a ticket but I dont expect a answer soon as there backlog will be extremely big after the Launch Difficulties

I wrote MS a ticket about all my purchases and the response was this, "purchased 2020 planes and addons from market place will be available for streaming only in the near future. All transversals are expected by May of 2025. Otherwise keep both 2020 and 2024 on your hardrive that MS has no clue what to heck they are doing.
