Sim ist starting fast for me, but loading into career mode takes an infinity. 
See. Whoever wrote that was confused by the frustration he has suffer. See, if you have been a Dark Souls player for a long time. Git Gud means, hey I get you are frustrated but just try again and you will get it. We have all been there. This is what it really mean. So when we say, Git Gud bro, it just mean keep trying.

I climb at Vy speed and basically dive down, engine idle, just short of overspeed. (In the Cessna 172)
Yet I only get 50-60% in time rating.
You don’t. It’s a bug. Often this results in a reputation decrease, so I don’t do them.
Well, from all the missions I have available they pay by far the best^^
I had this exact scenario landed on runway 27 instead of circle to land. got my rating anyway.

I think the RNAV approach is actually offset from the runway, if I remember it correctly

Yes, the cheating thing would appear to seem like people who make playing cards trying to take steps to prevent players from cheating when playing Patience, unless they’re planning on somehow making it somehow competitive or multiplayer.
I guess we’ll see how it evolves.

If I buy an airplane, can I use it with multiple companies? Or does each company have its own fleet?
Is there a list of which airplanes can be used for which companies?
For example, I would be interested in a Cessna Caravan. But I currently have no idea what kind of flights I can use it for…

You can only use a plane for one company. For every new company you have to buy one new aircraft which can’t be transferred.
I think you only get to see the list of all available aircraft when you have enough money to buy the company. The Caravan can be used for Cargo missions

Is anyone abke to help me with transfering aircraft to a different airport?
I flew my first cargo plane to an airport in Skye, now theres no missions there and when i try to transfer it to another airport with missions, it does nothing

Forgive me in case this is already mentioned before but is it true that you get your first own plane with a massive discount? So it would be better to save for the Caravan instead of the 172, cause of the better discount ? Thanks for helping me to understand…

Yea that is true. The first aircraft you buy is heavily discounted. My first Cessna 172(cargo) cost me ~22k where now to buy a “new” second hand one will cost ~200k

When you select the cargo mission at another airport and go next it should offer you to either buy a new plane or transfer your plane to that airport for a fee.

Could i ask, the insurance fee, that is set for every real 24hrs correct? If so, if i dont pay for say two days, will i come back to two insurance payments?
tbh im not so good with the insurence stuff. For me it just automatically takes the payments every 24h so I dont think you have the choice to pay or not, it just takes it.
That could empty your company account pretty quickly, if you’re away from the sim, for any length of time, unless you have ai employees making some money.
