Someone attempted to fix the elevation issue of 2VA9 but got carried away and now its completely unusable

Yes, but can’t find the email for ticket #

You don’t need the email for ticket number, log in to zendesk, click on your name and then activity from the drop down to see a list of your open tickets :slight_smile:
