With ryzen cpu i would go 7900 xtx
But i am more into intel and nvidia so review your mobo specs and future plans
with building and dont rush choices, make a plan, research about your plan check (internet connections and isp very important) than review to see if you missed out on something and than execute if your budget is right.
This is i think the best advice i can give.
