Hi folks!
I have a doubt/question about a setup - is there any alert or information to have about setup a triple screen like this : 3840x2160 (4k TV hdmi 2.0) + 1 PC monitor 1920x1080 + 1 PC monitor 1920x1080.
I want run all of this stuff with a RTX3080 10Gb.
Today with only my 4k TV everything run smoothly. Perfectly fine. But adding 2 screens maybe… ?
Thanks for your feedbacks
The trouble with that idea, is that you’ll have to use the nvidia stretch mode to acomplish it. Other then that it shouldnt be a problem.
All the old stuff from FSX and before for the multiscreen crowd cockpit builders was removed. So that is you only real alternative at the moment, in fsx this is the way I used to do it:
I would open 3 different windows and then position them resize them accordingly. Worked really good at the time. But multiple windows was removed for this version (a long with 2d pop out cockpits) so for the time being it kind of ruins the experience.
But you could run little nav map or other addons without any problems. Right now Im running a 55" HDTV as the main screen and little nav map runs on the 32" 1080i and it all works smooth on an i7/6 and 1080ti, so you should be able to handle it.
I have to say I do miss my overhead panel…

Thanks a lot for your answer
I’ve got a 2080Ti with 4 32" 2560x1440 screens - 3 at 144Hz and 1 at 60Hz (overhead). I can run MSFS in Nvidia Surround on triples, but I mostly use 1 screen and have several apps and SLOBS opened while live streaming. I can go on Ultra settings, so you should be completely fine with an RTX3080 with your setup.
do we have any update on this? I am currently looking to have a single 75" (4K) as main screen flanked by 2 FHD. 3080 is able to handle the total resolution but not sure if all displays need to be running at same resolution and same hz…
There has been no change in the sim on this, from what I remember it will still be awhile before anything is addressed in-game. You can use the span feature for you card, but from what I understand its pretty bad looking on the non-main monitors. I havent tried it since FSX so I couldnt tell you for sure.
