3D Objects and landmarks night lights overblown again

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
As before SU5, 3D Objects and landmarks had a crazy overblown night lights. It seems to be an issue again.
Coordinates or location:
Everywhere. I tested need LKLB with the radio transmitter next to it.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

This appears to affect some, but not all POIs. I just picked the POIs in the city of Edinburgh at random and see this. Castle (World Update 03 UK & Ireland) is overblown:

These three are not. Palace of Holyroodhouse was also part of World Update 03 UK & Ireland. Not sure about the other two:

When the issue originally occurred in a previous build, bridge was affected too: Excessive lighting at night still not fixed (POI too bright) - #6 by ToriDadriel

Since Beta 6 (1.8.5.0), I’ve noticed that POIs have become extremely bright again during nighttime.

Here is an example with Valangin Castle in Switzerland.

I’ve also observed the same issue in Bern.

This looks like a regression, as I believe this issue had already been fixed in a previous beta version.

That’s insanely bright for night time!
