3rd party planes not showing in selection screen and GSX not working

Hi,
I am not able to select any of my 3rd party planes (fenix A320 and PMDG 737-800) from the world map selection screen. They are present in the community folder and in the content manager I can see that they are installed as depicted in the attached screenshots.
Also the GSX menu does not show in the toolbar anymore even though it is installed and confirmed via the content manager.
3rd party airports however still work.

I have done several flights recently (even earlier today) without any problems. I did update to the latest version of GSX today but tested the sim afterwards and everything worked as expected.

The problem persists and is not solved by restarting the sim or the pc.
Any suggestions on how this problem can be resolved are very welcome.

Check you don’t have a second Community Folder somewhere that your addons are being loaded into. Seen this happen with updates of various kinds.

Thank you for the suggestion. However I do believe there is no second community folder. If I check the loaded packages through the developer menu, I can see the 3rd party addons and the location of the community folder, which is correct.

From what i read its caused by gsx and its seating passenger option. Try disabling that one.

Thank you. Updating GSX again and disabling the option worked to bring the plane back!
However now all the textures are messed up unfortunately.
