NOTE: We removed all files associated with the Default DC-3, this will improve compatibility with the Duckworks Improvement Mod in the future.

NOTE: We simply have added our own variants, they currently are incompatibile with Duckworks, please disable that mod if using JATO or FLOATS until Duckworks is updated.

NOTE: All that said, you can still use Duckworks and it works flawlessly with the Default DC-3 while the 40th Anniversary Expansion is Installed.

Hi @DigitalJonx ,

Thank you for this mod, it is really invaluable for my bush flying experience in the Beaver.

Here are some small ideas for future (maybe even paid) expansions of your amazing mod:

-Openable sliding cockpit door windows (mentioned many times, probably hard to do)
-Bubble windows as an option
-Non-amphibious version/seaplane only
-Interactive (sliding) doors, not just open/close
-Fully implemented Wingtip tanks/Long range tank (probably hard to do)
-Mud flaps as an option
-Sun visors as an option
-Ventral fins for seaplane as an option
-Oil quantity and consumption (possible interaction by clicking on the oil cap)
-Headset plugin simulation (clicking will enable headphone mode in MSFS)

Some stuff that is annoying me personally - maybe you can fix it or someone can help me out:
-Weird interaction between doors and RPM (they close automatically at some RPM and wont open)
-Weird interaction between avionics master and doors (they close automatically when you turn it off)

As many may have noticed many of these suggestions are inspired by the excellent Thrandra Beaver for Xplane. I would really love to see a Beaver of the same quality in MSFS. The Beaver is a legend and should be treated as such! :slight_smile:
