Brief description of the issue:
The fuel levers for Droite Extreme and Droite Central are switch around – meaning the Droite Extreme lever is controlling Droite Central and Droite Central is controlling Droite Extreme.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Start C&D
Open the Weight & Balance sheet
Set the fuel levels to 50%, 75% & 100% for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Left Main tanks
Set the fuel levels to 100%, 75% & 50% for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Right Main tanks
Expose the clip board from the Captain’s seat and corelate the fuel tank levels with those of the W&B sheet
Note, too, their physical positions on the aircraft
Start at least one engine per side of the aircraft and run them fast enough to increase fuel flow
Shut off all fuel valves except Droite Extreme and Gauche Extreme
Look at the Weight & Balance sheet and observe which fuel tanks are currently feeding
Note that Droite Central is being used rather than Droite Extreme
Turn on Droite Central and Gauche Central
Turn off Droite Extreme and Gauche Extreme
Note that Droite Extreme is now feeding rather than Droite Central
