737-800 is not working dead cockpit

Brief description of the issue:

the 737-800 is not working fine when I enter to the cockpit everything is dark and I cannot do anything with the aircraft also it says that I am missing additional content I need help please , I already install several times the aircraft but is not working.
What I see is that it says that the total size of the plane is 8GB but when I start the download it says only 2.5 , so something is happening there .

Thank you for that I already contacted them , but they just ask me a couple of questions but at the moment I dont have any answer of them , today I reinstall the game but when I entered it was the same , so I reinstall the msfs add-on Support and it worked but , when I closed the game and open it again , it was the same error , and I also bought the atr 72 in the past and I had the same problem , so that means that the problem is with msfs because with the ATR 72 they just gave me a refund

I’m going through the same issue.
This is my first time using the 737 after Sim Update 15 on Xbox. I didn’t experience it before that. I’m currently reinstalling the MSFS add-on support to see if that fixes it.

Update: No reinstalling the support add-on didn’t work.

Im having the same issue again , it was fix a few months ago but as TJTurner said is not working since this update, we need helppp
