737 Icing excessive in clear weather and de-icing doesn't seem to work

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Aircraft gets covered in ice while stationary in sunny conditions.
De-icing doesn’t work.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:

No mods.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time, in cold weather.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1.Go somewhere below zero.
2.Get ice
3.Turn on de-icing. Still have ice 30 minutes later.

• Yes, same issue, I am on store version of sim

Aircraft will not de-ice with

  • Engine/wing de-ice enabled, engine/wings remains frosted
  • Window heaters don’t do anything, windows remains iced / frosted
  • Only options left are to take off in this state or abandon flight

• Yes, same issue, I am on Steam version of sim

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
During approach in icing conditions, windshield ices over but will not clear with anti-ice of wipers (that do absolutely nothing to remove water). Could not make an approach as it was impossible to see. Go-around executed to a successful CAT III autoland but then impossible to taxi except with external view.
