Description of the issue:
The selector goes back to no braking unless you select RTO. At landing, I have no way to select any other option as it goes back to zero as soon as I turn it.

Boeing 737 max

- plane decending to landing
- start configuring for landing
3.turn brake selector to any option but RTO - the selector moves quickly back to no brakes.
