In straight and level flight, when the 747 is flying straight, the ailerons are showing left-up, right-down.

Description of the issue: Flaperons continue to deflect in opposite directions without aileron input when flaps are out of up.

Note: SU4b. The issue has been fixed with flaps up, but not out of up.
