As you can see the last 6 cores (2D) are running at higher frequency and show a pretty even load all over. The first 6 cores have a noticably higher load on cores 0 and 1 and all in all run at lower fequency. Core 0 has the highest load AND runs at a higher frequency. So I guess MSFS still hasn’t completely even spread.
It’s conjecture of course, since we don’t know exactly what is going on inside the CPU, but for ME at least it’s a pretty strong indication that the 7950X3D will cope better with multiple 3rd party applications running than the 7800X3D will.
Before we have anyone actually TEST that with both CPUs AND different 3rd party applications running, we won’t know for certain.
