This has been discussed on the Working Title Discord server.

It’s normal, and I believe they have stated the same happens in the real plane.

It’s just a notification that thrust is limited to CLB power.

Correct - it annunciates the thrust “limit”, not the trust being commanded, and is as in the real plane.

That is correct, the current behavior matches the real plane. The thrust lim mode does not change to CRZ unless manually changed by the pilot in the FMC. Being in CLB does not change the actual target thrust computed by the FMC, but only the max thrust limit.

Since this was verified as expected behavior by Working Title, this doesn’t qualify as a Bug Report. Moved to Aviate, Navigate, Communicate in accordance with forum practice that all unverified defect reports should be filed in Community Support and not automatically as a Bug Report. Thanks.
