I reinstalled windows and made sure all assists were off, and the 787 still has all the unwanted rudder inputs after takeoff. Seems like something deep rooted in the Asobo 787 flight model . I saw some streamers noticing the same issue. https://youtu.be/Y3QWFbzFkJc?t=1133
