Any time I fly with a livery (The one I used specifically was Orbit Airlines that Asobo put in the sim), you turn the knob, APU starts to turn on but after about 3 seconds, It cancels itself. The default 787 livery works fine but no other livery works. Please help!

Just starting to check at the moment using 787-10 B787H (Heavy) ORBIT AIRLINES, I will use the template after testing has ended

So, BATT ON

APU STATUS before switching APU to ON

APU switched to ON

Still same status

After switching APU to START position

image

APU Status stabilized and still ON after 1 minute

image

APU GEN ON

And Yes, it stops by itself after 2-3 minutes !!! So, we have a limited time to start both engines. Here with temperature decreasing :

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes [EDIT] Found the issue and template answer edited

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Same issue with the B787H as the OP, not checked with the default MSFS 787-10

Just found the same issue occurs with the MSFS 787-10 Default Livery and this is the LEFT Fuel Pump switched to ON, which trigger the APU to shutdown
So weirdly, we have to only switch RIGHT Fuel Pump to ON at first then start the Right engine, then going further by switching the LEFT Fuel Pump to ON, at this time the APU will shutdown, eventually starting the LEFT engine
