If you hunt on these forums for ‘xbox’ there are a few threads now on black screens/displays usually well into flights. Also happening on other planes eg.A320Neo too. It may related to the long flights >2hr crashes and bugs that are potentially memory related. I don’t see this but all my flights are short. (1 hr or so). Try keeping your flights below 2hr on XBox for now until this issue settles. M/S has a '“known issues” page and workarons (may be worth a try) for flights of 2hrs or more. It doesn’t specifically list black screens, but from what I’ve seen it could be related. Go read these threads by others on here though -
