787 pink textures

This would be caused by an addon. Possibly a livery.

Use 7Zip and just put the folder in the community folder directly.

Pink textures are caused by corruption of the texture files during download. To resolve this, try the steps listed here:

This only on one plane, the 787-9 and 787-10 that purchased on MSFS Marketplace. It looked normal until I started to use it. All the other aircraft are normal.

Just to follow up on this - do you own either the Premium or Premium Deluxe version of MSFS? If not, that could be the cause of this problem as this content does use the Asobo B787 as it’s base model.
