Caused by the stupid mission cycling system, which
disables/enables mission types depending on unknown
criteria for some days (cycle)
I think they wanted to have more variety on available missions,
but forget that in worst case the user have no mission, because they
don’t meet the requirements for the available missions.
Understood, I don’t usually do employee missions so never even noticed there weren’t any VIP missions around for those!
I was flying a ton of VIP and Charter missions and all of a sudden, they all disappeared. They literally vanished before my eyes. I’ve got 4 planes and no missions. And I was just starting to have fun!

• Since 1/1/2025, all missions in career mode are only displaying flight seeing and light cargo missions.

• No photo necessary, just have it that the missions appear correctly.
Still only 2 ferry flights. Did those now all that’s left are annoying first flights or flight seeing. I reset my career because of this and now I’m stuck with this. 
I have the same problem—no VIP missions. I first noticed there was a problem on New Year’s day.
Currently running two companies - cargo and VIP. I don’t notice any change to the number of cargo missions available across the western US and central Europe, but there are no VIP missions that I can see anywhere on the planet.

Finally got to buy the Pilatus and now have no way to fly it and make money… ugh why! I feel like a whinney little child but why still after 3 days!!! Seems like a pretty easy date and time issue…Please fix soon want to play the game you made! Lol
Did someone create a bug ticket for this broke mission issue so we all can vote on it to get it fixed?

I had only established a sightseeing company, and until December 31st, there were plenty of sightseeing missions. However, after January 1st, all sightseeing missions disappeared, leaving only the First Flight missions. Additionally, all special missions and VIP missions also vanished and have not reappeared since.

• I’m having same issue. No VIP at all. No Ferry and the odd Sightseeing. Pretty much all I can do is Cargo missions and free flight. Getting boring now.
I experienced same issue here.
Bought the Cessna 400 (remind me the SR22) for the charter cie I bought and actually there are no charter missions anymore. Even in employee mode. Used to have plenty a few days back
Three days in and no communication from Asobo.
No fix from Asobo and no visibility on when it will be fixed by Asobo.
Thank god I go Game Pass version because I sure as sh won’t be buying this game.

This missing a large portion of the missions have been on going for 3 days. All charter and VIP missions are totally gone.

• mfs2024 PC, standard edition, microsoft store, connected from europe, all VIP missions are no longer available starting from 1/1/25.
Also every time I access the career mode the passive incoming summary always appears referring to the day of 1/1/25, and it also appears every time I complete a mission or exit and re-entered the career mode, always referring to the passive earnings of the day 1/1/25
Same problem and not only on France, i try to connect my self with my VPN on New York, same thing, broken for 3 days… Bad reputation for microsoft lol
It would be nice to get an update on this issue. Communication is key and the lack of it has been a major issues from MS/Asobo since the release of MSFS24.
I’ve still only got cargo missions (Freelance) and i’ve got the gold missions again for sky diving, flight seeing etc which I’ve previously completed.
Only employee missions are cargo and first flight. Ferry flight missions aren’t generating at all.
Please provide an update, that all we’re asking for.
