What is gold missions? And is it as employee?
To unlock new missions in the career mode, you have to do the golden mission on the map once you “unlock” it with your level and meeting the requirements.
Once you do these then they open in employee mode, but I’ve done these previously and now they’ve reappeared as not being completed.
We know how it works. Missions DO NOT Spawn. ZERO VIP Charter Missions.

I have two company’s in career mode medium cargo and vip. All the vip missions are gone. Happened after new year. They were there 12/31/24 gone 01/01/25

Same problem. No VIP missions and Search& Rescue missions after Dec-12-2024.

3rd day without a single available VIP mission.
So glab i spent 750k on 31st to buy a company and the Vision Jet 
Has anyone confirmed if restarting the career mode fixes the issue or if that’s also broken?
Do not restart career mode
There are people in this topic reporting that they can’t even generate the first paying mission so they are now completely unable to play career after resetting.
sell everything. get a 208 for cargo. pays a lot
